A. Business Hours
The Little Kitty Big City support team operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
B. Delivery
1. When will I get my order?
Orders typically take 3–7 days to fulfill, after which they are shipped.
Shipping times vary by location:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
2. Where will my order ship from?
As of October 2025, all orders are fulfilled from White Squirrel's fulfillment center in Everett, Washington USA.
3. Will I be charged customs fees?
For our international customers, please be aware that orders shipped outside of our primary distribution region (i.e. the United States) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are not included in your purchase total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Customs charges are determined by your local customs office based on factors like the value, contents, and classification of the items in your order.
We strongly recommend contacting your country’s customs office or visiting their official website to obtain specific information regarding any potential fees prior to completing your purchase. This will help you understand any additional costs and avoid unexpected charges. Please note that we cannot predict or control customs fees, nor can we be held responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding customs duties and fees.
4. What if my order is delayed?
If you haven’t received your order yet, please:
- Double-check your shipping confirmation email for address accuracy.
- Check with your local post office, or contact the shipping carrier.
- Ask neighbors if the package was left with them.
If the address was correct and the package isn’t at the post office or with neighbors, contact us with your order number. If there was an address error, we can resend your order, but shipping will be at your cost.
C. Orders
1. How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent via email when your order ships. For further tracking questions, please reach out via the contact form.
3. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We’re sorry if your order arrives incorrect or damaged. Please contact us within one week of delivery, including photos, your order number, and other relevant details, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
4. Can I cancel my shipped order?
Once an order has been placed, the information is shared with our fulfillment team. If any changes need to be made, they must be shared with us via contact form within 24 hours. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
E. Returns
1. What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us with photos if this applies, and we’ll resolve it.
3. Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We do not offer exchanges. Refer to our sizing charts for guidance. If an item is mislabeled, contact us within one week of receipt with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
F. Discounts & Promotions Policy
- Promotions and Discount Codes are issued and valid for a limited time.
- Codes and promotions that are applied after their expiration time are not valid for use and will not be honored.

G. Discount Code Rules
- You may only use one code per transaction.
- Discounts will have limitations to the items they apply to explicitly listed or otherwise

Q: I bought an item and it went on sale at a later date. May I have a refund on the difference?
A: No. Discounts are only valid during the time they are available.

Q: I have a discount code or promotion and its not working with another discount code or promotion. Can I have both?
A: No. Promotions generally do not stack and should not stack.
